    What we collect

When you sign in with Google, we store your email address and display name to manage your account. We do not access your Google contacts, files, or any other data beyond basic profile information.

    File data

Files you upload are stored in Backblaze B2 cloud storage. We compute and store the SHA256 hash of each file for deduplication and integrity verification. We do not inspect or analyze the contents of your files beyond computing this hash.

    Usage data

We track storage usage and download counts to enforce plan quotas. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. We log IP addresses and user agents for security and abuse prevention.

    Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. Google Analytics sets its own cookies. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.

    Third parties

We share data with the following services to operate TensorDrive:

    • Google (authentication, analytics)
    • Backblaze B2 (file storage)
    • PayPal (payment processing)

We do not sell your data to anyone.

    Data retention

Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. When you delete a file, we remove your reference to it. If you want your account deleted entirely, email us at [email protected].
